  • We currently ship only within the United States.

3. Carriers & Tracking

  • We utilize a mix of shipping carriers via AutoDS and our supplier network (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, and others).

  • A tracking number will be automatically provided by email once your order has been shipped.

  • Orders fulfilled during active storm deployments may be subject to non-standard delivery schedules.

  • Depending on field logistics, your order may be delivered on-site through our mobile supply units or expedited via field-specific partners.

  • We prioritize delivery to storm-affected areas and critical field personnel.

6. Delays, Damaged, or Lost Shipments

  • Storm Surge Supply LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or emergency conditions.
